• Active Account data: Retained for the duration of your Account being active on the betpri Platform.
• Transaction and betting records: Retained for a minimum of five years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with AML record-keeping obligations.
• KYC identity documents: Retained for a minimum of five years from Account closure or the date of submission, whichever is later.
• Support correspondence: Retained for a minimum of three years from the date of correspondence, for dispute resolution and service quality purposes.

Following the expiry of applicable retention periods, betpri will securely delete or anonymise your personal data.

If betpri becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected data from a minor, that Account will be immediately suspended, data will be deleted, and any funds deposited will be returned to their source.

If you believe a minor has registered on the betpri Platform, please contact betpri support immediately so that the matter can be investigated and resolved.

The betpri Platform may contain references to third-party services (for example, payment provider portals accessed during deposit or withdrawal). Once you navigate away from betpri.app, betpri's Privacy Policy no longer applies and betpri is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
