You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use betpri. Providing false age information is a material breach and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that using betpri is lawful in your jurisdiction. betpri does not guarantee legality in any specific territory, including within Pakistan.
Each individual may hold only one betpri account. Duplicate accounts created to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions will be suspended and balances forfeited without notice.
All transactions must be made from accounts in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
All betpri bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements disclosed at the time of the offer. Abuse of bonus offers will result in winnings being voided.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, and exploitation of technical errors are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and recovery of affected funds.

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any Bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with betpri's Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules referenced herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the betpri Platform and close your Account. Continued use of betpri constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of these terms.
Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or use the betpri Platform in any capacity. betpri strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by minors. Providing a false date of birth during registration constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all Funds.
Jurisdictional responsibility: You are solely and entirely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the betpri Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. betpri makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in any particular country or territory. Pakistani users acknowledge that online gambling laws in Pakistan may restrict or prohibit certain activities and that they alone bear the legal responsibility for their use of this Platform.
Exclusion of restricted persons: betpri reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an Account where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a user is located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is not permitted.
Each individual may hold only one betpri Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or other identifying information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts will be suspended and any Funds associated with them may be forfeited.
Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform. betpri is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate contact details provided by the user.
KYC verification: betpri requires identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC) and may be required to submit additional documentation. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. betpri reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification.
Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. betpri will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify betpri immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised Account access.
Payment methods: betpri accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah), and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may change without prior notice. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed in the betpri cashier and are subject to change.
Own funds only: All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. betpri reserves the right to return a deposit and suspend an Account where it has reason to believe third-party funds have been used.
Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals are processed subject to completed KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. betpri aims to process withdrawal requests within the timelines stated in the cashier. Processing times for bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Bank Alfalah) may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution. betpri is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banks.
Currency: betpri Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. Currency conversion rates applied to USDT transactions are set by betpri and are subject to market fluctuations.
All bets placed on betpri are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, and market type. These rules are published within the betpri sportsbook interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the specific betting rules for a product, the specific product rules shall take precedence.
Bet acceptance: betpri reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, technical errors in odds publication, or irregular betting patterns.
Obvious errors: Where odds or prices have been published in error due to a technical fault or human error, betpri reserves the right to void affected bets. Winnings paid in error must be returned to betpri upon demand.
Event cancellation: Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport. In general, where a result cannot be determined, stakes are returned.
Casino games and slot titles available on betpri are supplied by third-party content providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently certified and audited. betpri does not independently operate the game engines and does not control individual game outcomes beyond the certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages applicable to each title.
Live casino games are delivered via live video stream from professional studios operated by third-party providers. betpri is not responsible for interruptions to live streams caused by network issues on the user's side or failures attributable to the third-party studio operator. Where a live casino game session is interrupted before completion, betpri will apply the relevant provider's disconnection rules to determine stake and result settlement.
betpri may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits — which are published at the point of the offer. These general Terms and Conditions apply to all promotions in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
Bonus abuse: Any attempt to abuse betpri bonuses — including through multiple accounts, use of a VPN to misrepresent location, coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, or any other method betpri determines constitutes abuse — will result in the voiding of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are generally not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met. betpri reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betpri Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
betpri reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account suspected of prohibited conduct, withhold Funds pending investigation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required.
All content on the betpri Platform — including but not limited to brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of betpri or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any other use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of betpri content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betpri shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical failure, server downtime, network interruption, or unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
betpri provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. betpri does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits betpri's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Closure by you: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting betpri support. Any verified, withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be returned via the last verified payment channel used. Any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Closure by betpri: betpri reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a user has breached these Terms and Conditions, has engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued Account operation presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to betpri. Betpri will endeavour to return verifiable legitimate funds held in a closed Account following the resolution of any dispute or investigation.
betpri reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, betpri will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via their registered email address or via a notification within the Platform. Your continued use of betpri following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which betpri is registered and licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact betpri support to seek an informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures specified by betpri's licensing authority.
betpri's formal dispute resolution process is available upon request via the support contact below. betpri aims to acknowledge any formal dispute within five business days and to issue a decision within 28 days of receiving all relevant information.
